Refund policy

 

My return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

To start a return, you can contact me at jordan@arcandironknives.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Guarantee
My guarantee is also simple. I guarantee my work is free from structural manufacturing defects. If for any reason your knife should break under *normal* use, (i.e. not using it to baton/as a screwdriver/letting it soak in salt water etc.) I will do my best to repair and fix the knife, if it beyond repair, I will replace the knife. If you do happen to damage the knife outside of *normal* use, I will still do my best to repair or fix the damage, but a fee will be charged upon my discretion. I offer free sharpening for life, as well as one "spa" service per year upon request, just pay for return shipping. 

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
